If you plan on doing any spring grilling, this Rosso
from the Italian side of Montecarlo is fresh and lively enough for the outdoors , but the Cabernet adds the backbone needed for a very large ribeye

65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Carménère, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot
This property is at high altitude, located just under the Andes snow caps. This wine combines the rich lush fruit of Opus with the Character and complexity of Mouton. Truly Remarkable
